[ckan-dev] Ckan Test Helper

Hi,

I've done some more work on the ckan test helper code that I started work
on before.  Hopefully this will have addressed some of the issues raised
before.

I've made it as a pull request to make it easy to see.  I have made a
couple of changes to dcore that address some minor bugs
