[ckan-dev] CKAN Quality Assessment Extension problem

Hi guys,

I just installed the ckanext-qa on my local CKAN instance but keep getting
this error:

requests.exceptions.MissingSchema: Invalid URL
u'api/action/current_package_list_with_resources': No schema supplied

Has anyone come across such an error and solved or could anyone help me
figure out what I could be doing wrong?
As additional info, ckanext-archiver is working fine.
