[ckan-dev] Request: Brief stats doc for 2.0

Hi,

We need a quick bit of documentation about the core stats extension for
2.0.  I only needs to be very basic as we can flesh it out in 2.1.  I made
an issue here https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/839 if anyone has the
time to do this it'd be great
