[ckan-dev] ecportal installed on CKAN 2.0.1 ?

Hi Isabel,

I'm not familiar with that plugin but, per it's readme, it's built for CKAN
version release-v1.8.1-ecportal. It's probably not compatible.

I can't say how hard it would be to make them compatible without looking
into the code, so I will leave that to someone more experienced with it.
