[ckan-dev] "Upload a file" option is gone

Hi all,
Although I understand that this information is useful for debugging, I
would rather not give too much information in the interface. It helps a lot
for a cracker to find vulnerable CKAN instances, whenever a new
vulnerability is discovered. Specially if it's in a search engine-crawlable
page.
