[ckan-dev] Advice needed in regards to the API

Hello,

If I'm not mistaken, CkanClient _/looks/_ deprecated, since it employs 
calls to URLs like "/rest/...".
The documentation talks about URLs like "/api/..." so I've got confused 
about the fate of CkanClient.

Is there another class which is functionally equivalent to CkanClient 
which employs the new API, I mean, URLs like "/api/..." ?
