That sounds good Jason.
I am currently busy in developing few ckan extensions. Until we have these initial extensions ready, we will not be able to standup a production server.

Hi Pabrita,
I hope t have this up in a week or two, but I can't guarantee itI am planning, but I have to get my resource requirements and then provisioned before I go ahead.
So I will let you know what I find out, as soon as I can , but it might be too late.

Hi Jason,
I would be interested to know your test results related to various filestore options. I will be deploying a production version in few weeks.
Thanks,
Pabitra

Hello Jason,
Welcome to the dev list. To answer your question, if you're only testing, it's easy to just change the filestore type and it should just work. However, we can't guarantee that for a production setup.

Hi All
Just joined the list so I first things first "Hello".
My organisation has just decided to roll out a CKAN instance and I will be undertaking the tech work. We currently don't have CKAN installed, but I am planning the deploy, based on the online docco.
I have a question about filestores:
Is it possibly for a single instance of ckan to have more than one filestore?
Initially I was hoping to add two filestores using 2 different kinds of storage to test if there is a clear advantage of one type over the other (i.e. SAN v NFS share), but I can also see scenarios later on where it might be useful to add a second (or 3rd or 4th ... ) store.
Thanks and RegardsJason
