[ckan-dev] DataStorer and DataStore-only resource

Hi Henrik,

I don't think we've tested this particular situation. If you think ignoring
/datastore/dump/RESOURCE-ID, please file an issue against
ckanext-datastorer (a pull request with a patch would be lovely).
