[ckan-dev] 404 with ckanext-spatial

Hi,

I've installed and configured ckanext-spatical according to the README, and my server starts up fine.  Should I now be able to navigate to http://localhost:5000/csw ?  I'm getting a 404.

Furthermore, cswinfo does not run in my virtualenv with all required decencies installed (including ckan1.8 and ckanext-spatial)
