[ckan-dev] Front end style - Buttons

Hi,

With the latest ui our buttons are like 'Add Organization' however
https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/302 seems to suggest we use 'Add
organization'

What is the agreed style what is the best way to fix these?

Also http://localhost:5000/organization has an `Add Organization` button
which takes us to http://localhost:5000/organization/new with a `Create
Organization` button.
should we have consistency here.

Do we have any guidelines on this?
