[ckan-dev] CKAN SPARQL endpoint down

Hi Rinke, Timothy,

We did have a Virtuoso instance at semantic.ckan.net with a SPARQL endpoint
that OpenLink were maintaining. Perhaps someone on the list or Sander could
let us know it's status.
