If you want to target the latest code you can use either of the
following ones, which are updated more often than demo:

http://master.ckan.org
http://beta.ckan.org

Master is pretty self explanatory, beta is running the next stable
release (currently what will very soon 2.0 beta).
Both are not currently automatically updated but we try to keep them
up to date. Note that any data stored there should be expected to be
lost any time, but they are good for testing.
