It's obvious we need some sort of pipeline for all this. Currently
several extensions replicate the download, format detection and
spreadsheet open functions, each with their limitations. It would be
great for openspending, for example, to be provided with a table
object, or use the datastore, rather than repeating all this. In DGU
we have got ckanext-qa to use the result of the ckanext-archiver,
which is a start, but it would be good to add in webstore to this
chain too.
