Just to confirm:

1. This schema is from an IDatasetForm plugin? If you could share the
whole extension (e.g. in a github repo) that would make helping easier

2. Have you tried doing calling the package_create and package_update
APIv3 actions directly? Do datasets created and updated this way lose
their groups? Come to think of it, what about creating and updating
datasets in the web interface, do they lose their groups?
