Thanks, I'm not working today but tomorrow I'll retest with the orgs
extension on and see if I can reproduce your problem.

In the meantime could you answer the questions in my previous emails?
Especially whether you're able to reproduce the disappearing groups by
creating and updating datasets in the web interface, or whether it only
happens with the harvester.
