[ckan-dev] Deadline exceeded while waiting for HTTP response from URL...

I'm getting the following error from a specific large resource:
Deadline exceeded while waiting for HTTP response from URL: ...

I guess it's due to the fact that the resource is large/big.

Can I change the deadline somewhere, allowing larger resources to be loaded?
