[ckan-dev] Register your CKAN instance

Hi all,

We've recently revamped our CKAN Instances page as a Github repo where you
can add your own instance. So if you would like to have your instances
showcased here: http://ckan.org/instances/ and it's not there already, just
create an issue (or PR) with details here:
https://github.com/okfn/ckan-instances/
