[ckan-dev] Content is too large to be proxied.

I get the following error at some of my resources:

500 Internal Server Error The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. Content is too large to be proxied. Allowed file size: 2097152. Content-Length: 2614608

Is this error coming from CKAN or the server itself, and can it be adjusted?
