[ckan-dev] No option to upload a file in Add New Resource

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to ask. I'm trying to update our dataset [http://datahub.io/dataset/bluk-bnb] and when I try and add a resource, only two options are available to me, Link to a file and Link to an API. The third option Upload a file is not available. Any idea why that is?
