[ckan-dev] Show latest updates featured groups

Write a CKAN extensions seems too difficult for me :)

Last question:

If I change
 ckan.featured_groups =
in .ini file.

My CKAN home page shows two groups....My question is: how does ckan choose
those groups? randomly? latests? most visits?
