I see.

How about the error "Data transformation failed. HTTPException: Deadline exceeded while waiting for HTTP response from URL"?

Is that related to the same "issue"?

It is coming from CKAN. Unfortunately it it hard coded in [1] so you will need to change the source, if you need to adapt it. If you would like to send a pull request that allows us to override the default through a config option, I'd be happy to review it.
