[ckan-dev] example of FileStore Form Authentication API

Hi, everyone:

Recently, we are working on an extension, which is using the FileStore Form
Authentication API.

the document http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/filestore.html does not provide
any example.

Could anyone do a favor to share the format of request and the return
value's format as an example?
