[ckan-dev] Apps and Ideas missing from CKAN 2.0

I've installed CKAN from package via the 2.0 DOC's.

I'm unable to see the Apps and Ideas section, even though I haven't removed it via production.ini. So it should be visible.

Can anyone help me out on where Apps and Ideas should be viewable from and how to "use" it?

I've already looked through the DOC's and Googled the issue but without any luck.
