[ckan-dev] Deleting datasets does not remove them.

Is there something similar for groups? I deleted a group but want to create
a new group with the same name. As long as the deleted group remains in the
database, I can't. I was trying to use the action API last night but wasn't
sure about the syntax. Here's the redacted version of what I was trying:

http http://<ckan-url>/api/3/action/group_delete id=basic-needs
Authorization:xxx

I got a success message at the end, but the group is still there. What am I
doing wrong?

Thanks!
Randy
