[ckan-dev] Installation problems on RHEL

Hi Andrew,

Could you please put your your apache config file for CKAN as well as your
wsgi file on pastebin or Dropbox or link us here? That would be a great
help in debugging what's going on. I've definitely seen this error before
and it's usually an Apache configuration issue.
