[ckan-dev] Add Dataset Problem

This problem appeared again out of nowhere!!!

I didn't change anything at the configuration i just added another  
sysadmin user (there are 3 sysadmin users now but I thing that this is  
irrelevant).

As requested the log is available here:

For what it matters the already uploaded datasets, organizations etc.  
can be edited without any problem! I just cannot add new ones!

Looking forward for your suggestions as I don't want to re-install  
everything from scratch.
