[ckan-dev] Add Dataset Problem

This is a source installation and not a package one.

I think that somehow I managed to mess up with the permissions and now  
I cannot even reach the first page (Internal Server Error)...
Should could someone tell me what the permissions should be for the  
files and folders at the

"/usr/lib/ckan/default" and at "/ e t c /ckan"
