[ckan-dev] problem with csv files

Hi,

every time when i try to uploads CSV files into my ckan1.8 i get this
message "Failed to get credentials for storage upload. Upload cannot
proceed",
only when i try to upload csv file with another type it works
please help me i'm blocked, thank you.
