[ckan-dev] Cleaning up old branches

Cool! I'm happy to do that :-)
Could you take a quick look at the .txt file I've sent, just to check that
I'm not missing something? All these branches were merged in master, so it
should be OK. I'll do a fork and keep it for a while, just in case we need
to recover something.
