[ckan-dev] starting CKAN problem displaying with a warning : 'internal server error' :"error: [Errno 111] Connection refused"

Hi,

Looks like it is failing to connect to Solr, is Solr up and running? The
docs for 1.8 are at http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-1.8/solr-setup.html
