[ckan-dev] where does the request body come from when upload a file

Hello everyone,

I fonud that when I upload a file, and click the "Next:Additional
Info"button, controller/api/_get_request_data function will be called.And I
found it will be called three times. On the third time, the request body
will be like this:"{"fields":[...]}", in the list there were the contents
in the file uploaded. So I want to know where does the request body come
from, and I want to do some changes there according to my projects' need.
