[ckan-dev] plugins.toolkit

Hi,

I'm thinking of adding the following to the plugins.toolkit in 2.1

pylons.response  <- allows playing with cookies etc
base.BaseController  <- create controllers
base.abort
h.redirect_to
h.url_for
logic.side_effect_free <- allow action api calls

These all seem to have legitimate uses and making them easier for
plugins to access seems sensible to help keep them separated from
ckan.

are there any objections or requests for others to be included?
