[ckan-dev] how to migrate data between different RDBMS in CKAN architecture

hello everyone;
        Now I want to migrate data tables from other RDBMS(eg. MySQL) to
CKAN's PostgreSQL dataset and datastore DB, in order to open new dataset to
users. Can you tell me whether CKAN supports data migration between
different RDBMS, and then generate REST API to open data to user?  Or, can
you recommend some opensource tools to help me achieve this goal? Or give
me some ideas?
