[ckan-dev] datastorer installation

Hi Nigel,

I tried again with the same command and I had the same error. Then I tried
with https: pip install -e git+
https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-datastorer.git#egg=ckanext-datastorer, and
now the installation is ok. I dont know what happened but anyway thanks for
your help.
