[ckan-dev] Change to test behaviour merged into master

Hi,

I have just merged #1304 into master and am just mentioning it here as it
changes the default behaviour of our tests. From the docs:

By default the tests will keep the database between test runs. If you wish
to
drop and reinitialize the database before the run you can use the
``reset-db``
option::

     nosetests --ckan --reset-db --with-pylons=test-core.ini ckan

If you are have the ``ckan-migration`` option on the tests will reset the
reset the database before the test run.
