Hi,
thanks for answer. I guess you got my question the wrong way. I know how to add an user to an organization . But I need to know that an user wants to be added! So the user has to tell the admin somehow. And I would say that's a gap in the concept.

Hi,
as admin you can add members to the organization within the CKAN GUI.
Just go to the organization page
/organization/members/<organizationname> and find the membership tab.
I guess there is also a CLI command to add members, see http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/paster.html.
