[ckan-dev] Regarding the CKAN Filestore setup

Hello,

I have followed the instructions found here: http://docs.ckan.org/ca/latest/install-from-source.html to set up CKAN on a Debian OS version 7 (Wheezy) and the instructions  found here: http://docs.ckan.org/ca/latest/filestore.html?highlight=filestore to set up the filestore.

Ckan is up and running but the Dataset file upload functionality is still unavailable. I have also followed the same setup on a Ubuntu V 12.04.3 LTS system with the same issue.

File/Folder permissions and database setups have been configured and don't seem to be the reason behind the issue.

I was wondering if there is an additional step that Is required regarding the Filestore setup or if a similar issue has been observed before.
