[ckan-dev] Front-End Settings Problem

I figured out the problem. It seems these need to be set through the admin web UI and settings in the development.ini has no effect.

Hello All,

In my development.ini file I have changed the following settings but do not see any changes on front web interface.

ckan.site_title = CI-WATER
ckan.site_description = This is a test site
ckan.site_logo = /ckanext-myextension/public/images/ciwater_logo.png

I still see the default CKAN logo. 

I must be missing something here.

Any help would be appreciated.
