Hello Isabel,

I believe this might be of some help
https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/1004 - this issue was opened after
similar question on the mailing list.

I think an extension was created to address part of this issue

I tried to do this via ckan ini file - still takes only 2 groups.

There is the hope that in "For CKAN 2.1 we probably want to consider
integrating this into core."
