Hi,

Both work for me.

If you still have problems, for the CSVs you will get much better
performance if you use the datastore extension rather than relying on
the DataProxy, which is an external service. See the docs here for an
overview

For the GeoJSON you could try increasing the timeouts on the GeoServer
or the nginx side to see if it helps.
