[ckan-dev] Backup strategy for CKAN

The old Pylons docs are gone now, replaced by the Pyramid docs, so I’ll have to root out a source for my claims :)  You definitely can’t do X or ‘’ though.
Perhaps moving to a Django style python config file might be better, then you can do what you like in config !
