[ckan-dev] dataset revision

Hi Pabitra,

there is still the functionality to see all revisions and show the
difference between them.
E.g. for this dataset:
http://datahub.io/dataset/1996_population_census_data_canada

if you add "/history" in the URL, you can see it's revisions:
http://datahub.io/dataset/history/1996_population_census_data_canada

Although there is no direct link to this page, it still exists. I really
like the functionality to be able to compare two revisions to see what
changed.
