[ckan-dev] Installing CKAN on Windows?

A year ago, we (data.gc.ca) tried running the beta of CKAN 2.0 on Windows
and were completely unsuccessful due to an incompatibility with the
Fanstatic module. We made a few attempts to fix the issue, but the problem
is deeply buried in the integrated Fanstatic/CKAN code so we weren't able
to resolve the issue. To my knowledge, the problem still persists. The
problem was not present in CKAN 1.8.
