[ckan-dev] Fail to create grid views (resource views in 2.3a)

Thank you for all your assistance.

But without building grid views, all my existing datasets which have grid
files (csv, xls, etc.) can not be previewed.

I have rollbacked to an old commit which does not include resource view
feature. I will investigate further this issue.
