[ckan-dev] Configuration field in harvesting interface

Hello,

I tried to add a tag in the configuration field of the harvester, like:

{"default_tags": ["MyTag"]}

as described here:
https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-harvest

I cannot see the tag after harvesting. Am I doing something wrong ? I 
had restarted gather and fetch commands.

I also would like to add a filter for harvesting using CQL. Has anybody 
already implemented this ?
