[ckan-dev] AttributeError

Hi guys, I have configured CKAN on a Ubuntu 12.04 server 32bit and
everything was going well since I noticed that
the Quality Assurance rating wasn't updating anymore.

I attached a screenshot of the error that I get. Do you know how to fix it?
