[ckan-dev] Character encoding

When try to look at harvested object - example - 
/harvest/object/c75f51dc-9e01-4f55-a1cc-7fe14005096e
i get


  500 Internal Server Error

The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested 
operation.

An error occurred: ['ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xed' in 
position 1723: ordinal not in range(128)]
