[ckan-dev] Ansible playbook for CKAN source installation

I have seen the Ansible playbook for packaging CKAN as a binary, but I was
curious if there is an (un)official playbook for building CKAN from source.
I am currently attempting to do so on a Vagrant VM; ideally I would like to
contribute it back to the community if it does not exist and enlist
contributions from any interested parties.
