[ckan-dev] error: [Errno 111] Connection refused

Hi Collins,

What's the value of JAVA_HOME in /etc/default/jetty? If you're running
Ubuntu and if JAVA_HOME is empty, the page you linked from the
documentation has suggestions on what value to put there to get jetty
working on Ubuntu.
