[ckan-dev] Custom validator

Hi Pabitra,

It is possible to write custom validators. Might want to take a look
at this<https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-iati/blob/master/ckanext/iati/logic/validators.py>plugin.
It's probably not the easiest to read code, but it might give you
some idea.
